This circuit develops from the LED running light 10 DOT (FK 115).

It utilizes the 3 ICs for working control of 18 LEDs in a one-by-one sequence, and to control or adjust speed of the runner.

These things make FK118 was classified as excellent multi-purpose integrated circuits, running one.
